Fit Friday with Nichole
Only two more Fridays of October, isn’t it crazy! Next week we will wrap up the runners series I have been hitting throughout the month with stretches for runners. But today we are hitting the weekend with a HIIT workout!
We are doing a double HIIT workout. Double the fun!
Each round has 4 moves. You will go through each move for one minute with 15 seconds to catch your breath and move on to the next movement. As you complete the round, all four movements, take a one minute breather before repeating or moving on to round two.
Have fun!
Work hard!
