I know. It’s the best thing ever!! All you do is mix 4 ingredients together, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it sit on the counter overnight!

I have no idea why this salad is called Campaign Party Salad– I decided that this dish has all the hallmarks of a great holiday dish. There is something festive about a creamy jello salad filled with fruit and nuts.

Apple Cucumber Tossed Salad is a simple yet delicious side that can be ready in minutes! If it were me, I’d first make it to compliment the main dish at dinner and then eat the leftovers the next day for lunch!
