Fun family night with our Pizzooki Recipe

You might be wondering what exactly is a Pizzooki? It’s a cross between a cookie and a pizza! You’ll find them served at high end pizza restaurants for a dessert. Pizzooki’s are just heavenly!

Mmmmmm hmmm. 

Cadbury Mini Eggs Pizzooki Recipe are a fun way to enjoy a piping hot cookie with ice cream and a drizzle of caramel or butterscotch sauce on top too! I made individual sized pans (6 inch) for my crew but if you’d like to bake them in a large (12 inch) sized cast iron skillet it’s great that way too.

Ingredients in Cadbury Mini Eggs Pizzooki Recipe

  • butter
  • white sugar
  • brown sugar
  • eggs
  • vanilla
  • flour
  • sea salt
  • baking soda
  • baking powder
  • white chocolate chips
  • milk chocolate chips

How to make Cadbury Mini Eggs Pizzooki Recipe

  • Place Cadbury mini eggs in a large ziplock bag, with the handle end of a spoon, smack each egg and they’ll pop in half.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time; mixing with each addition.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add the dry ingredients all at once; mixing until 80% incorporated.
  • Add the chocolate chips and and cadbury mini eggs; mix in by hand.
  • Press approximately 2 inches of dough into bottom of each skillet.
  • *will make 2) 12 inch or 4) 6-8 inch skillets.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes for large skillet and 9-10 minutes for small skillet or until the edges are slightly browned.
  • Top with scoops of ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Serve hot–enjoy your Cadbury Mini Eggs Pizzooki Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (10 ounce) package Cadbury mini eggs
  • 1 cup ice cream of choice
  • 1/2 cup caramel or butterscotch sauce

    Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe for us to try.
    I would love to do that but I would like to know a few things first.
    What size skillet did you use?
    Does the recipe make two if you divide it??
    And you called for mini chocolate chips at the top but they aren’t listed in the ingredients in the recipe, could you explain please?
    Could you not use 1/2 the bag of white chips and 1/2 milk chocolate chips??
