Our Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap Recipe is so good that I’m completely addicted! After buying yet another spinach feta wrap last week at Starbucks–I decided to make a copycat version. It seems like Starbucks actually uses more of a flat-out whole grain type wrap but for photography purposes I used a whole grain tortilla. So, if you’ve not yet enjoyed a copycat Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap then you’re in for a delightful surprise!
Why we love Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap (copycat)

Gosh, I guess that I’ll save $$$ on my visits to Starbucks now.
Good News! The Spinach Feta Wraps have made their way back on the Starbucks menu–when I’m in a pinch for time I still grab one! Homemade has many benefits so I make this copycat version most times.

[…] wrap is tasty and filling, and not bad at 7ppv. There are quite a few copycat recipes out there,Β like this one, if you want to try it at […]
Thank you for this recipe…I had the same problem with the sogginess as another poster so I decided to use tomato pesto(and obviously drain the spinach better since it releases a ton of liquid). Not only did it solve the problem, it actually tasted a little closer to the Starbucks wrap. Maybe that’s what they use? Hope this helps , but regardless the original posting is DELICIOUS!!!!
Thank you for the great idea Vanessa… I’m sure that will help other readers. I’m glad you like the recipe and thanks so much for stopping by! Come back soon and have a wonderful weekend π xoxoxo~ Ruthie
Thank you for this recipe! I tried it then realized I had no idea what to do with the yolks so I added those too π It still tasted great but may I know what you do to the yolks? Thanks in advance! π
Hi Vicki. I’m so glad you liked this recipe… I actually make a yolk omelet for my dogs and they are in heaven! If you have no dog… then, I’d suggest buying just the egg whites in the egg section of most stores. It’s only the egg whites and little container last a really long time. Hope that helps, thank you for the comment! xoxoxo~ Ruthie
Thank you for this awesome copy cat sharing. I just prepared some of these wraps to me and my fiance and she completely loved that.
That’s definitely something we will include in our weekly menu for work.
Thank you very much.

I’ve been making these often but they always end up too soggy !
Any way I can counter that ? Is it because I’ve been using cherry tomatoes ?
HI Sarah! I’m thinking that it may help to cook the liquid off the tomatoes for a couple of minutes when you first add them to the pan and that will help reduce any sog. I used roma tomatoes which usually have less liquid than most tomatoes. But, I think that cooking off some of the excess liquid from the cherry tomatoes will do the trick! These are fabulous little wraps though and I’m glad you found me. Stop by again soon π xoxoxo~ Ruthie

Thank you for sharing! Have you tried making them in bulk and freezing them for microwaving later? I’m wondering how they would hold up.
You’re totally welcome! I’m sure that making them in bulk and keeping them in the fridge for 5-6 days would totally work… at least I’ve seen them pulled from the fridge and warmed up at Starbucks when I buy them! Freezing may also work but I wonder how well the tortilla would do?? It’s worth a try tho I’m sure π It’d make a really good quick, out the door breakfast!
Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!
