Blueberry Coconut Dutch Babies are my go to Saturday or Sunday breakfast. For me personally, there is nothing better than sleeping in on the weekend, making a delightful breakfast with my family, and enjoying it together.
Ingredients in Blueberry Coconut Dutch Baby Pancake Recipe
- butter
- fresh blueberries
- coconut sugar
- eggs
- milk
- flour
- sea salt
- coconut flakes
How to make Blueberry Coconut Dutch Baby Pancake Recipe
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat oven safe fry pan or cast iron skillet to medium-high heat.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet, saute; stirring for 2 minutes until caramelized
- Add coconut sugar and 1 cup of blueberries; stir and saute for 2 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat
- Prepare batter:
- Combine in blender milk, eggs, flour, and sea salt.
- Pour batter into pan .
- Bake 20-25 minutes until browned and puffed up.
- Top with additional blueberries and coconut flakes and serve immediately.

- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
