Candied Pecans Graham Granola Bites is a healthy spin on granola snacking!
Remember last weeks Sweet and Salty Peanut recipe? Well, those delightful little guys are right in this recipe too! Another way to enjoy them 🙂
We spend a lot time outdoors in the summertime. Jack, Lila, and I love to hit the trails by our little house in the canyon. Sometimes we pack snacks and water for longer hikes, so that’s when I take my favorite granola snacks along. Candied Pecans Graham Granola Bites are an awesome way to stay fueled up on any summer fun activities!
It’s packed with all kinds of good for you ingredients~ whole grain oats, milled flax seed, wheat germ, peanut butter, peanuts, honey, and of course some graham crackers too. The kids are going to go crazy over this stuff!!
Shhhhh.. just don’t tell them about all the healthy things in there and they’ll never guess it’s good for them too 🙂
Candied Peanut Graham Granola Bites

Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup milled flax seed
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup candied peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white, whisked until frothy
- 1/3 cup graham cracker chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Coat baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine oats, flax seed, wheat germ, candied peanuts, and sea salt; mix.
- In a sauce pan over medium heat- melt butter, add honey, maple syrup, and peanut butter; stir and cook until smooth.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir until incorporates.
- Pour while stirring into oats mixture.
- Evenly spread on prepared baking sheet, cook 10 minutes.
- Stir and cook 5 minutes.
- Return granola to mixing bowl, add egg white; toss to coat.
- Add graham chunks; toss to mix.
- Evenly spread on sheet and bake 5-7 minutes more.
- Cool completely on pan and break into clusters when cooled.
- Enjoy!
