Apple Cinnamon WW Pancakes are a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast!
I whipped these Apple Cinnamon WW Pancakes together a couple of days ago and we all loved them… they’re a healthy BUT quick way to start off the day! AND who doesn’t need more quick recipes to keep those hungry kiddos happy this summer 🙂
Some morning when you feel like making breakfast but aren’t quiet up for a whole big production… remember these Apple Cinnamon WW Pancakes that are a basic store bought pancake mix with a little splash of creative yum!

Apple Cinnamon WW Pancakes...

Ingredients
- 2 C whole wheat pancake mix
- 2 C water
- 1/2 an apple, thinly sliced and diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. On a warm, cooking sprayed griddle, over medium heat, pour 1/4 C batter, cook 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear. Turn pancake over, cook additional minute until lightly browned and center is cooked through. Serve with additional apple slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and pure maple syrup. Enjoy!!
