Fit Friday with Nichole
The weather took a quick shift at my house this week as the temperatures dropped, the wind picked up, and the snow came in. With all the changes outside I tend to move inside more and more for my workouts.
I will still bundle up and head outside throughout the week, but the road and trails won’t necessarily be my fall back as often.
For this week’s workout we are using a barbell with needed weights and some space. Remember, when we are going lower reps you should be using higher weights. You want those reps to count, all of them.
If you finish with the thought of, “I could do more,” than you should have gone heavier. Increase your weight not your reps.
