Why I love Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats Recipe

Today’s Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats Recipe are the easiest little treats EVER make!!  All you’ll need is a microwave plus 3 ingredients and you’re ready to make a festive St. Patrick’s Day creation in just a few minutes.

Traditionally, our family is a huge fan of homemade Krispie Treats (in all kinds of varieties) and these Lucky Charm Marshmallow Treats are a festive little twist I put together several years ago. We know you’ll love them as much as we do!

Ingredients in Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats Recipe

  • Marshmallows- are primarily a low-calorie, fat-free, and gluten-free treat, making them a safe indulgence for specific dietary needs, such as weight management or celiac disease. While they offer little nutritional value, they provide quick energy for athletes and can soothe throats due to their soft texture.
  • Butter- Butter is rich in nutrients and beneficial compounds like butyrate and conjugated linoleic acid. High-fat dairy products like butter have been linked to a reduced risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart problems. Still, butter is high in calories and saturated fat and should be enjoyed in moderation.
  • Lucky Charms- is a fortified, gluten-free, whole-grain oat cereal (19g per serving) that provides 12 essential vitamins and minerals, including 20% daily value of Iron and 10% of Calcium and Vitamin D. While it contains 2g of fiber and protein, it is high in added sugars, making it best consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
