Fit Friday with Nichole

I am sitting here and listening to the wind howl and so grateful that 1) I have a treadmill and the 2) I don’t mind running on the treadmill at all.

It would be even more awesome if I had all the weights and gym equipment at my house, for now I work with what I have (meaning the treadmill and myself) on days when I don’t want to leave the house.

We are hoping to have a home gym up and going in about a year that will give me even more options at home but first we have to finish our yard, sometimes I hate being an adult and having to prioritize things.

With all of that being said, this week we are doing a treadmill circuit. If you don’t have a treadmill at home you can do this at the gym, at the track, or pick a route close to home that you can use.

Pick a pace that is challenging but doable, meaning you don’t have to jump off a lot to catch your breath but you also aren’t having full on conversations while running.
