Double Chip Oatmeal Cookies are soft and chewy with two kinds of chocolate! Two kinds of chocolate just make a cookie that much better, right?! Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies are the best of both worlds- milk and white chocolate chips together in one delightful oatmeal cookie!
Some days homemade cookies are just what we need. I love the whole process~ the making of the dough, wonderful aromas of baking, and THEN (drum roll, please) the first bite of a warm cookie with a tall glass of milk! That’s what I’m talking about 🙂

Yes, 2 kinds of chocolate really do make cookies better! I mean really, was there ever a question?!? These look AMAZING!!! Pinning 🙂
Hi Taylor! I completely agree… the more kinds of chocolate the better 🙂 I hope you are well and enjoying the fall in the NE. Thanks for the fun comment- so good to hear from you. xoxox~ Ruthie
Had to run and make these cookies last night and they turned out so good! The only problem I had was they were a bit dry and I had to mold them into balls to cook them. Did I do something wrong? They still turned out tasty!
I’m glad that you enjoyed them… they’re tasty and yes a little bit crumbly but I really love them how they are, I suppose we could add another egg for more moisture and binding too. Hmmmmm…. next time I’ll experiment with that 🙂 Thank you for the nice comment! xoxo~ Ruthie
