It’s loaded with all kinds of yummy, healthy, good for you ingredients AND even the kids will love it!!  I’m so happy that it’s summer time and with it comes all the fresh fruit and vegetables that are just fabulous… strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to name a few and they’re all in this Triple Berry Smoothie !!

Triple Berry Smoothie is so quick and easy to blend up a delicious summer time treat!  It’s even delicious with frozen fruit in the winter but when fresh berries are in season… it’s just amazing!  Enjoy!!

Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C orange juice
  • 1 C strawberries
  • 1/2 C raspberries
  • 1/2 C blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 C strawberry yogurt
  • 1 1/2 C crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
