Pumpkin Smoothie is a little something I whipped up the other day because I had half of a can of pumpkin in the fridge that I didn’t want to go bad… they ended up to be quite a tasty little concoction AND my kids drank them right up 🙂
- 1½ C water
- ¾ C plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 C canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1½ Tbsp agave nectar
- 1 frozen banana (I break mine in 4ths then freeze)
- 1 C crushed ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pumpkin Smoothie is a super easy treat to whip together and fun for autumn-time too! Hey… and now you know what to do with that extra bit of un-used canned pumpkin too 🙂
