Today is no different with her Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip… Enjoy!
My husband and his friends gather together twice a month and play poker . While playing they love to eat snacks. Occasionally, I will make them something. One time I made this Cheesy Bacon Ranch Dip, which screams “poker-friendly” food, doesn’t it? I mean it has beer in it. You can’t go wrong with that.
Last month I made this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip and decided to send the extra with my husband to his poker gathering. I thought for sure they wouldn’t like it. This dip seemed “girlie” to me. Boy, was I wrong! They loved it. I guess the combination of peanut butter and chocolate chips is universally loved by both men and women.
This dip is so creamy(thanks to the yogurt) and full of peanut butter and chocolate chips. The dip has a hint of cinnamon and takes 5 minutes to put together. You can’t go wrong with this dip! Perfect for the upcoming holidays and easy to double or triple.
I served this with pretzels and apples. Apples were delicious with this dip piled high on each one. It was my favorite way to eat this dip. You could always save yourself some time and use a spoon. I won’t tell. It’s that good!
Enjoy!
