PF Chang’s has a good thing going on with their lettuce wraps! It’s very often that I get there to enjoy them so I was thrilled when my friend gave me her copycat version. Now, we can make them at home any ole’ time we’d like!
Also there’s a low amount of oil in this recipe plus I substituted agave nectar for the sugar. I love getting lower calories count with all the flavor. I think over all this recipe is filling, healthy, and nutritious–of course tastes fabulous too! Enjoy.
