We’ve loved these recipe for so many years… decades actually! Baked Crispy Chicken is quick and easy to make plus the whole family will love this moist chicken recipe. Our rice pilaf recipe could be made everyday! It’s just that good. My son Jake loves this recipe and he asks for it every week.

Baked Crispy Chicken Ingredients
Mix crushed Corn Flakes and Sprinkled Parmesan
Beat egg
Dip Chicken in egg and then mixture
Place in a sprayed baking dish
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

Brown chopped onions
Add rice and noodles
Add water and bouillon

Brown onions in 1 Tbsp olive oil
Add fresh green beans
Add almond slices and cook another minute…. SERVE!!
How to make Baked Crispy Chicken, Rice Pilaf, and Green Beans Recipes
Baked Crispy Chicken:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cooking spray shallow baking dish, set aside.
Combine crumbled Cornflakes and Parmesan Cheese in a small mixing bowl.
Beat egg in a small mixing bowl.
Dip chicken breast in egg and then dip in mixture.
Place in sprayed shallow baking dish.
Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till center is done.
Rice Pilaf:
Saute in skillet butter, white rice, angel hair, onion.
Continue to saute until onion is tender, rice and noodles slightly browned.
Add water, bouillon, salt.
Cover, reduce to a simmer, and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir occasionally.
Green Beans:
In a skillet combine ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender crisp.
Add 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, cook an additional minute (optional)

Ingredients
Baked Crispy Chicken:
6 chicken breasts, defrosted
1/2 cup crumbled cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup powdered parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
Rice Pilaf:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups white rice
1 cup whole grain angel hair, broke into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Green beans:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1 1/2 cup fresh green beans
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
