Breakfast is often overlooked. Whether we hit the snooze buttons one too many times or unmotivated to make a fulfilling breakfast in the mornings, breakfast either gets skipped or unhealthy options are chosen. I love my Breakfast Quiches. They can be prepared before hand and make a quick, healthy, and filling breakfast. Similarly, this sweet, satisfying, and creamy Overnight Oats recipe is conveniently and quickly prepared the night before. Top them with fresh or frozen berries, banana or apple slices and this will become a new favorite. Overnight Oatmeal with Chia Seeds and Blend Tec Giveaway by www.nodietsallowed.com on www.whatscookingwithruthie.com Chia Seeds are these tiny little power houses full of incredible benefits. They’re really mild in flavor, but they’re crammed pack of Omega-3s, fiber, antioxidants, protein, and help decrease chances of Type II Diabetes. Your mouth and body will thank you for adding them to your overnight oats.
