The mint in this Fruit and Mint Salad adds just a touch of freshness that sets the whole thing off perfectly!  Not to mention what a lovely presentation it is 🙂

Fruit and Mint Salad...

Ingredients

  • 2 cups purple grapes
  • 3 cups watermelon balls
  • 3 cups cantaloupe balls
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves, rolled and thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Using the small side of a melon baller tool, scoop out melons to equal 3 cups.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
  3. Top with additional mint leaves if desired.
  4. Serve!

    Such a delicious looking salad. I could eat a big bowl of this right now. Your helper is adorable! My kids love helping me in the kitchen too.

      This is a fun salad for kids to help with… they seem to really have fun with the melon baller tool!! I must say the picture does it justice… it’s super refreshing and I want some more right now myself!
