Fit Friday with Nichole

Last week we focused on a Back Side strength training routine, this week we are going to flip it around for a Front Side routine.

It is all about balance in this life, and how can we be balanced without getting that whole body strong?

We are just going to get to it today. As always, don’t foget the warm up and cool down. My body tends to get really mad at me if I skip either of those.

And it shows in fatigue, muscle soreness, and injuries.
