We haven’t really done any ‘Chatting’ in awhile and I guess it’s because my life has been kinda crazy daisy lately… BUT, I’m just dying to share this exciting news with all of you.
You’ve probably noticed a few changes around this little space of mine lately… a new layout, videos, and of course our amazing new Creative Team! I’ve been working to get everything running smoothly to be ready to start Culinary School this fall. 🙂
I am SO excited. I can’t even tell you how long I’ve wanted to do this. I’ve been working towards it for a very long time– taking classes as life would let me, in preparation to go someday… when the time was right.
WELL, it’s time! I’ll be starting this fall at our local University in the Culinary Arts Program. 🙂 AND I can’t even tell you what a huge smile is spread across my face right now.
A couple of days ago I attended an orientation meeting and it made me even more excited… touring the facility, meeting the chefs, plus getting fitted for my Chef’s Coat (and some crazy black and white checkered pants). AWESOME.

You know… sometimes we forget to believe in our dreams as life takes us on different paths with all kinds of ups and downs but, I’m here to tell y’all that somehow-someway things will always work out. So, cheers to our Culinary Adventure! Yep, that’s right… I’m taking all of you along with me. 🙂
I’m excited to be able to share what I’m learning in Culinary School with you… we can make it through it together!

A couple of months ago I went to a Culinary Galla hosted by the UVU Culinary Arts Institute and they were kind enough to let me take some desserts home to photograph, I was completely impressed with the event! It made up my mind… I want to learn to cook like they did that night. FROG LEGS and all 🙂
