After the big, long, I’m SO glad I don’t have to go very often, event was over… we had a party!  Madi is a LOVER of all things pink so, it wasn’t very hard to figure out a color scheme for her Graduation Party!

Most of the supplies for our Graduation Party came from… You guessed it!!  THE DOLLAR STORE… love that place!

The little pink dessert plates, napkins, silverware, grad girl, and little grad hat in the corner are all from there!  The flowers and the black organizer’s (I already had though) from Costco!!  I made the cupcakes (which I’ll share the recipe with you tomo, I think!)  The little carrot cake bites are My Carrot Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting recipe baked in a sheet cake pan, my sister brought the cookies AND we were sufficiently sugar loaded!!

Since we were all at the graduation right up until dinner time we went for a fix ahead and pull out of the fridge menu… Sub-Sandwich fixings, chips, salads, and of course a watermelon!

As you can see… Madi’s Graduation Party was a lot of fun AND I’m semi-glad it’s over 🙂

Now, I just have 3 more years before we do it all again for Kate, my daughter who’s a sophomore next year…

I hope that this Graduation Party post will maybe give ya a few ideas for your next big event!  It doesn’t take a huge budget to put together a beautiful little celebration for a special day 🙂
