Fit Friday with Nichole

Continuing on with our month of LOVE and Fit Friday we are moving into the weekend before Valentines with a partner workout. A chance for you to grab someone you love (this doesn’t have to be a spouse it can be a friend or even one of your kids) and workout together. Encourage each other and push each other with smiles!

If you are not having fun with this take a second to breath and find that partner that encourages you with a smile.

In this workout there are four sets with two movements. Partner #1 will do 20 of the first movement while partner #2 does the second movement until #1 is done then they will switch. Complete all four sets, take a one minute breather and repeat it.

As always….don’t forget about the warm up and cool down. Have fun!
