How to make Vanilla Cupcake Cocktail Recipe
Todays cocktails are simple to create. The trick is to find an open top glass which allows for enough space to decorate the rims. I found these at the local dollar store, and they are actually ice cream dishes, but I think they’re just perfect for this fun cocktail!
Prepare serving glasses 1-3 hours ahead of serving time and allow them to set up firm.
How to Frost the Vanilla Cupcake Cocktail Recipe Rim
- In a large mixing bowl cream butter, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar; mix.
- Add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining powdered sugar; mix.
- Fill frosting bag with #12 open star tip, pipe frosting zig-zag back and forth along the rim of serving glasses.
- Add sprinkles to frosting on each glass one at a time so that they easily stick.
How to make Vanilla Cupcake Cocktail Recipe
- In a shaker add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, madagascar vanilla vodka, pralines & cream liquor, and vanilla; shake well.
- Divide between glasses and fill to the rim with sparkling water.
- Add a pinch of sprinkles on the top of each cocktail and enjoy!
**To serve as a mocktail, replace alcohol with cream soda and 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream. Adjust sweetness of flavor with sparkling soda water, as desired.**
