I’ve been in the mood for everything pumpkin flavored lately. . . it must be that time of year again! All this pumpkin-delicious-ness is going to make you and everyone who tastes it very happy. I love taking this with me to all my autumn gatherings because it’s simple to make plus it’s always the first thing to disappear. I find I often wished that I’d just made a double batch because it disappears so quickly. So, now I do! Learn from my experience and just go for a double batch if your taking with you to a party. A single batch is just perfect for 8-10 people (as long as you don’t want any leftovers!). It will keep just fine for up to 7 days in an airtight container in the fridge. 🙂
