I ended up getting lazy and mixed basil pesto with the mayo until I liked the flavor. Slathered it on both cut sides of the ciabatta. I put the turkey on one half and sliced tomato on the other. Topped the tomato with provolone and broiled it until the cheese was brown and bubbly and the turkey was hot. So good!
