Autumn Centerpiece

Last weekend my little dog, Lila, and I went for a walk- while we were strolling along on a lovely autumn afternoon, I was admiring all the beautiful autumn colors. I wanted to bring some of that beauty indoors so, I collected different tree and bush clippings as we went and put them together into this beautiful Autumn Centerpiece when we got back home.
I think this would be a really lovely centerpiece for Thanksgiving or any Fall gathering! I found the table runner on sale at Ross for a lot less than making one, the pumpkins I bought at the local Farmer’s Market a while ago, and I placed leftover berries and leaves on the runner around the centerpiece and pumpkins to add a little touch of character.
Lila loves the leaves…
AND yes, when it’s cold outside we dress her in sweaters cuz, we’re a little crazy like that 🙂
While I was at it, I had enough clippings to make another arrangement for our front entry table…
Autumn Centerpiece… is a fun way to bring some of the fall beauty indoors! They’ll last 3-5 days depending on how quickly the leaves dry out and close up… I’ve loved having this bit of autumn around our house this week!
I hope you all have a really great Wednesday!
Love,
Ruthie
I love this idea! Will be hosting Thanksgiving this year, so I am definitely going to keep this in mind for the main table.
Hi Christine! Thanks so much for the kind comment… this is a really fun and inexpensive way to dress up a table! Stop by again anytime 🙂 xoxoxo~ Ruthie
