Hey Ruthie! I love hassleback potatoes! I put chopsticks on both sides of the potato so I don’t cut all the way through. I would always end up with little portions of potatoes because I cut too far down… My knife skills need improvement 🙂

    • Ruthie says:

Hi Debbie… that’s a good tip for sure! Thanks for sharing, I must admit- I got a little vigorous with my cuts a time or two as well, so the chopsticks would be great! xoxo~ Ruthie

  4. Fairygram says:

How to keep your cutting board from slipping: Place a damp kitchen towel underneath before you start.

    • Ruthie says:

Oh my goodness… you are right! I hardly ever use this cutting board and I forget that slips around until I’m in the middle of filming 🙂 I will have to get out my little plastic mesh non-slip mat to fix this next time. Thanks for stopping by and come back again soon. xoxo~ Ruthie
