Easy 7-up Biscuits Recipe

Today’s Easy 7-up Biscuits Recipe are a simple addition to any meal you are preparing for dinner tonight. I loved making these Easy 7-up Biscuits Recipe because I wanted to see if such an easy recipe would really be that good?! Yep they are. Then the part of me that has-to-adapt recipes to be healthier made them with low-fat sour cream, whole grain bisquick, and then reduced the butter by half. They were unbelievably tasty! 🙂

  • lowfat sour cream
  • whole grain bisquick, plus additional for dusting
  • 7-up
  • butter

How to make our Easy 7-up Biscuits Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut sour cream into bisquick mix with a fork.
  3. Add 7-up and stir just until combined.
  4. It makes a very soft dough.
  5. Sprinkle extra bisquick on the counter and pat dough out to 1/4 inch. (don’t knead dough just pat flat)
  6. Pour melted butter into 9 inch square pan.
  7. Cut dough into circles, place into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Yields: 12

    I have made the original version of this recipe and LOVED It. I used your suggestions and also used nonfat greek yogurt instead of sour cream. They were perfect.
