  • 4 Tbsp sliced fresh cilantro
  • 2 C mozzarella, shredded (more if desired)

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Cut french bread in half on the diagonal (long ways) place crust side down on rimmed cookie sheet, spread 1/4 C BBQ sauce on each half, 1/2 C mozzarella, distribute red onion and 1/4 C chicken evenly over each half.
  3. Bake 5-6 minutes until lightly browned, sprinkle 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro on each half (if cilantro is added before cooking it will dry out), slice and enjoy!

Just wanted to thank you for this post yesterday! It was perfect timing. I had everything except the bread, but did have a round of pie dough. All things I needed to use yesterday and had no ideas. I made your pizza for dinner and my husband LOVED it! He’s impossible to please, so this is an extraordinary THANKS! I have followed your blog a long time and just want to say thanks for all your hard work too!
