Pumpkin Lime or Cranberry Orange Butter… they’re both so completely delicious! Hey- I know!! Don’t pick between them, just make and enjoy them both 🙂
It’s hard to believe another week has flown by and it’s Saturday again! I hope you all have an awesome weekend.
Love,
Ruthie
In the cranberry and orange butter there is no orange anything in it. Do you just zest some orange rind into it??????
OH gosh.. I hate it when I leave out an ingredient! I’m so sorry… I’ll fix it now. Yes, it has orange zest. AND it is yummy 🙂 xoxo~ Ruthie
If I freeze it, do you think the Cranberry Orange Butter will thaw well? That way I could make it ahead of time while I have the cranberries on hand. 🙂
HI! It will last in the fridge just fine for 2 weeks… I have frozen it and it doesn’t look quite as pretty (the orange dulls) but it tastes just as wonderful! Thanks so much for stopping by and come again soon 🙂 xoxo~ Ruthie
Great! And I just found online that I can freeze the cranberries and not loose texture. I’ll freeze those for a bit and then make it for Christmas! I’m excited! Now I need to choose a good bread! 😉
If your looking to make the bread these rolls are amazing that I posted to day 🙂 Just sayin’… take a look! https://cookingwithruthie.com/2012/12/04/grandma-lindas-rolls/ It’s obviously what we had with them… I also love fresh baked loaf from bread stores! I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!! Ruthie
Thanks!
