  28. Winters can be tough in Utah. When its snowing outside and there is nothing to do, I put on an old Disney movie and pop some popcorn. Makes all my problems just go away. 🙂

    I cure the winter blues by going out every day for a nice long walk! Being cooped up in the house or office only exacerbates the situation. I get a real sense of well-being by walking, even in the coldest, rainiest weather. Living in the south also helps! Happy New Year!
