Fresh Strawberry Shake is hard to beat in the summertime- it’s loaded with fresh strawberries and frozen yogurt to keep it on the healthier side!
Oh my goodness… I love it when fresh berries are in season at the farmers market or ripe and ready-to-eat in the garden! They are bursting with sweet and juicy flavor of strawberries that just can’t be beat.
Mmmmm hmmm. Whip them up into a frosty treat and the whole family will be in heaven! Strawberry Heaven, that is 🙂
Fresh Strawberry Shake
Ingredients
- 8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 cups frozen low fat vanilla greek frozen yogurt or ice cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and Enjoy!
Fresh Strawberry Shake is a skinny version- I love it when I can save calories and still enjoy the full flavor of a treat. By using frozen yogurt in this recipe over the typical ice cream you’ll still be getting the “shake” mouth feel and flavor without the full-calorie punch!
