We are in the kitchen with Heather today… she has come to share a quick and yummy breakfast idea!
Poached Eggs. AND they look like the a fun addition to add to my healthy morning routine.
I won’t keep ya waiting and so I’ll turn it on over to her…

Today I am sharing with you one of my all time favorites, Poached Eggs, and even better than that, I have a fool proof method for making them.
Are you ready…it’s the microwave.


you need a microwave safe tea cup and
saucer
then you need to add 1/2 cup of water to
the teacup
carefully crack the egg, and gently slide
it into the cup
{you may not be able to tell my my
girls lay the most gorgeous blue/green eggs}
cover the cup with the saucer and microwave
on high 45 – 60 seconds
{I like a runny yoke so I go 45}
remove the egg using a slotted spoon, and
ENJOY!
