Nutella 5 Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C nutella
- 1 C butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 C brown sugar
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 C flour
- 1 C oatmeal
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2/3 C of each of the following chips: milk chocolate, semi-sweet, peanut butter, butter scotch, and white chocolate chips 🙂
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine peanut butter, nutella, butter; mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time; mixing well.
- Add brown sugar and sugar; mix well until light and creamy.
- Add vanilla.
- Add flour 1 C at a time; mixing well with each addition.
- Add oats, soda powder, salt; mix until combined.
- Add chocolate chips; mix until combined.
- Using a large cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, remove, and let rest on pan 1 minute, then move to cooling racks.
- Enjoy!

I have a question. What is soda powder? Is it baking soda or baking powder? I’ve never seen that in a recipe before.
