    I used to make toffee every holiday season! Then we moved to a new house — and it has worked since! I kid you not! It’s so frustrating. 🙂

      oh Camille… that’s so sad! Did your move change your elevation dramatically? Sometimes I’ve had to lower the cooking temp to account for higher elevation changes… other than that sometimes the weather and barometric pressure can do wonky things to candy making. I hope it works for you this year 🙂 Ruthie
