This Lemon Honey Salad Dressing is so versatile it goes perfectly with whatever kind of salad you’ve got the fixings for… vegetables with greens or fruit with greens; it can top either type of salad perfectly!!  I also like to dip baby carrots into it for a snack, it’s SO yummy 🙂

* I adapted this recipe slightly from my friend, Perianne, she gave it to me several years ago and it’s been a fav of ours ever since!! Thanks to her for sharing 🙂

Lemon Honey Salad Dressing was lovely with our fresh garden greens (gotta use all that spinach, check out How our garden grows) I topped it with sliced tomatoes, avocado, 2 Tbsp low-fat feta cheese, and olives!  Delicious!!
