My mom has made Gram’s German Pancakes recipe for pretty much all of my life…. I remember as a kid watching in the oven window to see them puff up and rise all crazy! I thought it was the next best thing to cold cereal! (which I still love)
Gram’s German Pancakes
In blender:
1 C milk
6 eggs
1 C flour– I add this last so the blender doesn’t get all mucky!
dash of salt
1 tsp of butter
We have to batch and a half it:
1 1/2 C milk
9 eggs
1 1/2 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In glass 9×13 baking dish(es), put 1 tsp butter in each pan and melt in the oven for 1-2 minutes while it is preheating. Coat the pan with the melted butter. Pour batter evenly into pans. When oven reaches temperature,
Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 5 minutes more.
Cut and serve.

Never thought of using fruit before. Thanks for the idea!
We love these, too! Thanks for the fun new ideas to add to the basic pancakes…I haven't ever tried cooking them with fruit inside. Yum!
