Buffalo Chicken Dip 131

Ingredients

  • 1 C Buffalo Sauce, I used franks
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 C light ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 8oz light cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large fry pan over medium heat, cook chicken until browned, shred.
  2. Add cream cheese, stir until melted.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine buffalo sauce, ranch, and 1 C cheese.
  4. Stir.
  5. Combine chicken mixture and cheese mixture.
  6. Pour into 7x11 baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Cover with foil. (Remove the foil the last 10 min)
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until warmed through cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm with Tortilla Chips!
