Freezer Plum Raspberry Jam...

Plum Jam

This is only the second year I have made this recipe.  I love it and since we have a plum tree, I LOVE it even more.

Cook Time 5 minutes
Additional Time 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cup plum pulp; remove seed, place in blender, pulse until small pieces
  • 5 cup sugar
  • 1 package, 12 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 1 package, 4 ounces raspberry jello

Instructions

  1. Combine in a stock pot first 3 ingredients and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add raspberry jello
  5. Stir in, pour into freezer containers.
  6. Let cool to room temperature.
  7. Keep frozen.
