Ingredients

  • 3.3 ounce package Instant White Chocolate Jell-o Pudding
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Red and blue food coloring
  • Popsicle Mold
  • 5 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding mix per packaged directions using the milk.
  2. Divide evenly into three separate bowls. Mix one bowl with red food coloring and another with blue food coloring, leaving the third plain.
  3. Pour each bowl of pudding into a separate baggy and snip off the corner of the baggy.
  4. Beginning with the red pudding, pipe it evenly into five Popsicle molds making sure not to get the pudding on the sides of the mold as you pipe it in. Shake and tap the mold to smooth out the layer. Repeat with the white pudding, then the blue pudding.
  5. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, place the mold in a sink of hot water until the pudding pops easily remove.
  6. Wrap them individually in wax paper and stack in the freezer or eat right away!
