Ingredients

1/2 Head Napa Cabbage

1/8 Head Red Cabbage

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

1/4 Cup White Vinegar

1/4 Cup Sugar

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Combine oil & vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add sugar & soy sauce to the mixture and chill.
- Roughly chop both cabbages and cover with dressing.
- Continue to chill the coleslaw until serving.
