Ingredients
3 cups sweet potatoes or (2-28 oz large cans sweet potatoes)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
Pecan Topping Recipe:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix first 7 ingredients and spread into a 9x13 casserole dish.
In a large sauce pan over medium heat add topping ingredients and heat to boiling, stirring and pour over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
