Ingredients
Crust:
60 Nilla Wafers, finely crushed
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 ounces neufatchel cream cheese
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 8 ounces neufatchel cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lowfat milk
Pudding Filling:
3 cups lowfat milk
1 cup light whipped topping
2 3.4 ounces packages vanilla pudding
1/4 cup caramel topping
Toppings:
1 8 ounces tub light whipped topping
1 red apple, seeded and diced
1 green apple, seeded and diced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
drizzle with caramel topping
Instructions
Crust:
In a microwave safe mixing bowl combine butter and 2 ounces neufatchel cream cheese, microwave 30 seconds or until butter is melted and cream cheese is soft.
Add crushed nilla wafers, drizzle in liquid mixture; mix well.
Press into 9x13 pan.
Set aside.
Cream Cheese Filling:
In a small mixing bowl combine neufatchel cream cheese, sugar, and 1/4 cup milk until smooth.
Add in 1 cup light whipped topping; mix.
Evenly spread evenly over crust.
Pudding Filling:
In large mixing bowl combine vanilla puddings, 3 cups milk, 1/4 cup caramel topping; whisk for 2 minutes.
Pour evenly over cream cheese layer, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Toppings:
Just before serving top with remaining light whipped topping, sprinkle on diced apples almonds, and drizzle with caramel topping.
