In a flat bottom dish beat eggs, add milk, beat well.
In a freezer ziplock baggie, pour in corn flakes, seal top removing as much air as possible.
With the back of a large spoon, crush corn flakes until small pieces, pour onto a plate.
Warm cooking sprayed griddle to medium heat.
Dip 1 slice of french bread into egg mixture, then lightly press each side on crushed corn flakes.
Repeat with additional slices.
Place on griddle, cook each side 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned and center is fully cooked. (make sure it's not mushy, it takes a bit longer than normal french toast due to coating)
Serve with fresh berries or bananas and pure maple syrup!
