Black Bean Hummus Wrap is a spin off of a super yummy dish I "DEVOURED" on our recent vacation to Mexico! (several times, actually... I really loved it!)

Ingredients
1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup humus
1/2 fresh lime, squeezed
4-6 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl mash beans, add humus, mix well.
Add squeezed lime juice, mix.
Set aside.
In a large fry pan sprayed with cooking spray, add onion and peppers.
Cook over medium heat covered for 1 minute.
Stir, cover, cook 1 additional minute.
Repeat until veggies begin to soften, and start to brown.
