Oh Dolly Bars

These little Oh Dolly Bars are the perfect sheet cookie for a crowd… their lickity-split easy to whip up and they go along ways too!

Oh Dolly Bars

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely crumbled graham crackers, approx 13.5 oz box
  • 1 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 12oz bag butterscotch chips
  • 1 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 12oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 14 ounce eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat cookie sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Combine graham crackers and butter in a bender; pulse until fine.
  4. Evenly press crumbs into prepared pan.
  5. Evenly spread butterscotch chips, milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, pecans, and flaked coconut on top of crust.
  6. Evenly pour sweetened condensed milk over layers.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
  8. Enjoy!

    Looks yummy. But I’m wondering if it’s eagle brand condensed milk instead of evaporated milk

      It probably wouldn’t work as well since condensed milk in thicker and sweeter than evaporated milk, it adds a carmel flavor as well. If you give it a try… add some sugar into half a can of evaporated milk and see how that goes. Hope that’s helpful?? xoxo~ Ruthie
