Nutella 5 Chip Cookies

That includes cookies, right!  Nutella 5 Chip Cookies are seriously mouth-watering-fabulous 🙂

Nutella 5 Chip Cookies

Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 32 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1/2 C nutella
  • 1 C butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 C oatmeal
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2/3 C of each of the following chips: milk chocolate, semi-sweet, peanut butter, butter scotch, and white chocolate chips 🙂

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine peanut butter, nutella, butter; mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time; mixing well.
  3. Add brown sugar and sugar; mix well until light and creamy.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Add flour 1 C at a time; mixing well with each addition.
  6. Add oats, soda powder, salt; mix until combined.
  7. Add chocolate chips; mix until combined.
  8. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto sprayed cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 10-12 minutes, remove, and let rest on pan 1 minute, then move to cooling racks.
  10. Enjoy!

These Nutella 5 Chip Cookies are not skinnied at all.  Nope!  Fully loaded and just about the BEST cookies you’ll ever taste 🙂

    I have a question. What is soda powder? Is it baking soda or baking powder? I’ve never seen that in a recipe before.
