Caramel Apple Dessert Recipe is a no-bake recipe that tastes like all the sweetness of autumn all wrapped up in pan. It’s a little like banana pudding so if you love that then you ‘ll love our Caramel Apple Dessert with vanilla wafers, instant pudding, and whipped cream. . .  then the fun apples and caramel drizzle on top! SOooo good and so perfect for a fall dessert!

Carmel Apple Dessert Recipe is a delicious caramely-appley delight!   You won’t believe how easy it is to prepare and it tastes amazing too.  My best friend, Carol, and I both love Caramel Apples so I knew this was the recipe I needed to make for our birthdays!  We’re both November birthday’s- only 6 days apart 🙂

Caramel Apple Dessert Recipe is a no-bake recipe that tastes like all the sweetness of autumn all wrapped up in pan.

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 60 Nilla Wafers, finely crushed
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces neufatchel cream cheese
  • Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 1 8 ounces neufatchel cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lowfat milk
  • Pudding Filling:
  • 3 cups lowfat milk
  • 1 cup light whipped topping
  • 2 3.4 ounces packages vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • Toppings:
  • 1 8 ounces tub light whipped topping
  • 1 red apple, seeded and diced
  • 1 green apple, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • drizzle with caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Crust:
  2. In a microwave safe mixing bowl combine butter and 2 ounces neufatchel cream cheese, microwave 30 seconds or until butter is melted and cream cheese is soft.
  3. Add crushed nilla wafers, drizzle in liquid mixture; mix well.
  4. Press into 9x13 pan.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Cream Cheese Filling:
  7. In a small mixing bowl combine neufatchel cream cheese, sugar, and 1/4 cup milk until smooth.
  8. Add in 1 cup light whipped topping; mix.
  9. Evenly spread evenly over crust.
  10. Pudding Filling:
  11. In large mixing bowl combine vanilla puddings, 3 cups milk, 1/4 cup caramel topping; whisk for 2 minutes.
  12. Pour evenly over cream cheese layer, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  13. Toppings:
  14. Just before serving top with remaining light whipped topping, sprinkle on diced apples almonds, and drizzle with caramel topping.
  15. Serve and Enjoy!
